Job Title: Architectural Technician Ref: BM059 Location: Canterbury Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Canterbury.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Strong experience working from RIBA stage 4 onwards
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
