Architects Hiring for Part-time Accountant Job at Phoenix, AZ Full Time

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Accountant. 10 hours/week with an exception of the last week of the month is 16 hours.

Requirements and expectations include, but not limited to:

· End of month billing, and distribution

· End of month engineer payment

· Inputting new projects

· Inputting/paying bills

· Archiving projects

· Process payroll bi-monthly

· Manage end of month and year to date financials

· Process credit card entry

· Reconcile accounts

· Record deposits

· Reviewing of proposals

· Renaming and digital accounting filing

· Assisting CPA with tax documentation

· Job hour entry

·

Skills and Software

· Must be fluent in QuickBooks desktop

· Knowledge of Bluebeam, ebillity and monograph

· Ability to use Microsoft Office

· Good organizational skills
