Started in 2019, Archer Power Solutions (APS) aims to make the off-the-grid energy environment more efficient, affordable and sustainable. We have invented and are manufacturing an air conditioner that runs on 12V batteries, and we need an engineer consultant to come work with us. If you are looking for a creative and technical role in a fast-paced, start-up environment, this opportunity is for you.

This is a unique role where the engineer will be working directly with the inventor. Candidate will have hands-on experience in performing functions associated with algorithm, software, including rework and quality testing related to proprietary PCB components and subassemblies. Alongside the owner of APS, the engineer will conduct final tests for the equipment.

The Engineer will support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving issues, and take part in implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the electronics.

Requirements:

– C++

– STM32CubeIDE platform

– Proteus and/or Eagle software for work on Gerber files.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

• No nights
• No weekends

• Beltsville, MD 20705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
