We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our busy Engineering team at our facility in Blackburn.

The key responsibilities of this role will involve the following:

Preparing UK monthly invoices
Input weekly of UK offshore timesheets in ERP system and contribute as support for onshore personnel.
Updating UK Contractor Accruals, prepare the posting at month end and review with UK Finance Coordinator
Assisting with coding and approval of UK contractor invoices, admin invoices and project supplier invoices.
Update project budget in the ERP system and generate accurate external and internal cost reports to project management and clients in a format that provides clear visibility of the status of expenditure against budgets. Shared responsibility with UK Finance Coordinator.
Maintain and update UK ERP system (create new projects/sub-projects, opening and closing codes for time writing, signing off purchase requisitions after reviewing spend and budget). Shared responsibility with UK Finance Coordinator.
Assist to run process for UK cost accounting and WIP revenue in ERP system for month end reporting.
