We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving sales growth and elevating brand awareness in a fun, fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Collaborate with management and sales to develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, campaign tactics, measurement tools and ing systems
• Manage Google business profile, website, automation, integration, data, and other marketing technology needed to enable digital strategies, promotions, and executions including analyzing behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution to interpret trends for strategic conversations that drive business goals
• Champion CRM software (Acculynx) by maximizing sales conversion and pipeline tracking tools as well as guiding automation of email, mobile push, SMS, and other touch points throughout project lifecycle
• Lead overall creation of branded marketing and advertising collateral, including brochures, signage, business cards, illustrations, sell sheets, adverts, animations, e-mail signatures etc.
• Develop tools that support the selling process and increase sales force effectiveness
• Develop and manage seasonal direct-marketing canvassing strategy, overseeing proper territorial, lead generation, and conversion tracking
• Develop and execute social media plan that enhances consumer engagement through regular posting, messaging, and commenting on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
• Develop and maintain digital content library, working closely with production on defining & scheduling key builds to highlight
• Build in-depth understanding of construction & exteriors remodeling industry as well as our target customers, product & service capabilities, value proposition, and competitive environment
• Engage with customers, prospects, and potential recruits by planning for and participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops and field visits
• Track, analyze and inform teams of all key customer key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance and return on investment (ROI) relating to the marketing tactics.
• Order and maintain inventory of branded apparel and swag
• Implement digital filing systems, ensuring they are maintained and current, ensuring consistency & security
• Ensure overall success of daily operations by managing the digital marketing campaign calendar, production process and campaign results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,090.00 – $84,528.00 per year
