This is a full-time, exempt level position. This role has a hybrid work-from-home schedule with a competitive base salary and sign on bonus.

Position Summary:
The Enterprise Reporting & Analysis (ERA) COE is responsible for all analysis for Business Level 3 and above as well as internal management reporting for businesses and profit centers. This COE performs high-level analysis on information produced within the other CoEs and Business Segments. Individuals within this COE (1) support the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual execution of ERA service catalogue, (2) support continuous improvement efforts in the areas of financial accounting, standardizing and simplifying processes, internal controls, and internal financial reporting, and (3) regularly collaborate with other Accounting Services COEs (regionally), controllers, FP&A and business customers to deliver timely, accurate and relevant data and information to support decision making and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for continuous improvement in the areas of financial accounting, standardizing and simplifying processes, internal controls, and internal financial reporting
• Analyze financial statements and/or supporting schedules and communicate results to stakeholders
• Facilitate global consolidation of financial results, disclosures requirements, ERA Sox controls, and other reporting for customers as requested
• Provide excellent customer service to key stakeholders ensuring proper execution of ERA COE service catalogue
• Lead projects as approved through demand management to ensure standardization and simplifications of processes
• Support continuous improvement through collaboration of thought, innovative ideas, pro-active behavior
• Maintain a strong internal and operational control environment in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with other leaders to identify and implement best practices across assigned COE
• Review and analyze consolidated financial results to ensure materially accurate per US GAAP guidelines
• Support annual review/revision of Key Financial Controls (SOX requirements) and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical skills, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile anomalies, and provide insight and analysis into financial results
• Communication skills, ability to interact with all customers to ensure successful execution of ERA service catalogue.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and large ERP systems a plus
