We are a multi-specialty, not-for-profit medical group, formed in 2019 by the affiliation of two of North San Diego County’s largest multi-specialty groups, Graybill Medical Group and Arch Health Medical Group. The Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for effective, proactive and responsive recruitment/workforce management services to hiring managers for physicians, physician extenders, licensed and non-licensed technical/professional, administrative, service and support positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the organization, including, but not limited to: analyzing staffing needs; effectively communicating with management; posting jobs and sourcing candidates; positively branding the company through social networking, company events, local schools and various community organizations; conducting initial interviews; completing pre-employment references and testing; ensuring all candidates are cared for through the life of the recruitment process; and assisting the human resources department as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consults with HR leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting plans and strategies.
• Confers with leaders at all facilities to identify recruiting needs. Reviews and clarifies job specifications, competencies, and skills required.
• Processes job requisitions and posts openings using applicable resources.
• Tracks approved, open, and filled personnel requisitions.
• Sources applicants through various methods including media, job sites, career fairs, schools, networking, agencies, community services, cold calling, etc.

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
• Minimum of five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of related experience preferred. Experience in healthcare highly preferred.
• Must have proven track record in market-specific sourcing strategies, pipeline development, interviewing, and hiring/close strategy and execution.
• Experience in working with applicant tracking systems.
