About the Role
Arcare is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team in Melbourne, full time for 6 -12 months. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of HR Administration services to Arcare residences and employee members. Providing high level professional support to the HR Team, the Human Resources Administrator is the ‘key point of contact’ for candidates in regards to employment opportunities at Arcare. In addition, the Human Resources Administrator contributes to the recruitment program and appointment of employees assisting with the end-to-end recruitment; sourcing, screening and submitting resumes, interview process, selection, reference, qualification and police checks, preparing employment packs, ordering and distribution of uniforms and identification badges etc. in addition to assisting with answering general enquires, record maintenance and employee checks.
