About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant is mainly responsible for performing daily bank reconciliations, assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining company credit cards and assisting with monthly management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Management of company credit cards
• Management of motor vehicle fleet
• Management of resident funds system
• Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly management reporting
• Other Accounting duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Qualification or progress towards an Accounting Degree or related field
• Excellent skills in all Microsoft programs
• CPA or CA Accredited (desriable)
• Experience in the Aged Care industry (desirable)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft D365 (desirable)
