We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this position, you will oversee the talent acquisition and training for our 1,000 person organization. You will manage a team of two in successful recruiting, onboarding and training across five main branches of operations.

A typical day will include:

• Supervising, coaching and mentoring staff, providing guidance to their work and learning, including – when necessary – corrective/disciplinary action in a timely and professional manner.
• Partnering with the business units and recruitment staff on a talent acquisition strategy and processes while fostering an environment of shared ownership around talent outcomes.
• Driving and performing all aspects of the heavy volume, full-cycle recruitment process.
• Upholding the standards of the recruitment function and suggesting innovative ways for improvement.
• Maintaining a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the Company, both internally and externally, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience.
• Managing all job board and hiring fair resources; closely monitoring effectiveness and ROI.
• Sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing the relationship with specialized recruiting agencies where required.
• Managing the delivery, measurement and ongoing maintenance of learning programs, curricula, and services to ensure alignment with the overall organizational direction.
• Presenting, supporting and overseeing New Hire Orientation.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A Bachelor’s Degree;

• Experience managing the full cycle of high-volume recruitment; preferably in highly regulated environments such as health care or social services;
• Experience developing and implementing creative, timely and cost-effective recruiting strategies;
• Supervisory experience;
• High comfort with HRIS, ATS & eLearning systems (UKG; Relias);
• Detail orientation and organization skills to effectively manage and accurately track a web of resources, requirements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
