We are looking for a seamstress with experience in alterations and customer service.
The Alterations and Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional customer service to our dry cleaning and alteration customers. They specifically provide detailed information about our alterations and dry cleaning services, respond to customer inquiries and complete the alterations required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

– Ability to speak, read and write English – High School Diploma
– One year customer service and alteration experience required
