ArborWorks, Inc. Is currently hiring for a full-time, Billing Clerk ( Positions 1,2,3 ) Must be proficient with computers, excel, and learning new processes. Should enjoy challenging and ever-changing environments.

Job duties / qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Maintain paper and electronic records for various billing codes and supporting documentation; ensure that data is accurate.

• Accurate Data Entry Required

• Good oral and written communication skills required. Communicate with internal departments and external companies regarding customer billing issues.

• Capable of professionally communicating with external parties

• Scan completed billing packets and attach backup documentation in QuickBooks

• File invoices timely and accurately

• Elevate issues to lead/supervisor if billing deadlines cannot be met

• Support the billing supervisor when necessary.

• High school diploma or GED

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Microsoft Excel

o Must be proficient in using filters, sum functions and basic skills

o Must be proficient with Pivot Tables

o Proficient with V Lookups

o Able to perform Data Analysis

• QuickBooks

o Must be able to enter invoices in QuickBooks, Attach Documentation, and fully understand what constitutes documentation

o Must be able to effectively/efficiently search for information within QuickBooks

o Research billing concerns for Accounting

o Pull A/R Reports

• Efficient time management

• Organization Skills Required

• Must be able to assess and problem solve on their own, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Capable and willing to train others

• Capable of researching billing concerns

• Validate Accuracy for others on the team

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
