Arbor Masters, in Shawnee, KS, is looking for an energetic, outgoing part-time associate to answer phones during our peak seasons (March through November.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to : Answering phones during key hours of (9 am – 3 pm) Monday-Thursday Taking customer information and entering requests into company database Taking messages and redirecting calls as required Must be friendly and able to maintain a positive attitude in high pressured environment.

Must be a team player and work well with others. Great organizational skills, ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize tasks.

Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments on an as needed basis. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Ability to troubleshoot customer requests.

Customer service representative experience preferred. Potential for full time, if call volume is an all time high. Our core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
