Arbor Masters, in Grand Prairie, TX, is looking for an energetic, outgoing seasonal Office Associate to answer phones during our peak seasons.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answering phones during key hours of (8-5) Monday-Friday
• Taking customer information and entering requests into company database
• Taking messages and redirecting calls as required
• Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments on an as needed basis
• Potential for full-time, if call volume is at an all time high
• Computer proficiency
