Job Description

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now hiring Customer Experience Team Members for our Front Desk Staff in Kanata. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months and older. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum 2 years customer service experience. However, candidates with general customer service experience and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply. Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

· Greet parents and students as they enter the facility and make them feel at home.

· Responsible for new client registration/sales

· Answer phones, respond to enquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner

· Check-in students on the attendance tracking system

· Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area

· Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems

· Be knowledgeable in regard to parent questions regarding progression and Aqua-Tots curriculum

· Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills

· Resolve client concerns using a professional approach

· Flexible schedule – candidates must have some availability to work weekdays between 9am – 8pm and/or weekends (8am – 4pm)

· Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings

· Must pass a background check

Part-time hours: 12 – 40 per week
