Aqua Hair Extensions Hiring for Education Manager Job at Davie, FL Full Time

Who We Are:

We are a leading Hair Extension Company, providing one of the highest quality hair products, such as human hair extensions for women. We are seeking an experienced Education Manager to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities:
– Recruit, coach, train, support, and mentor team of Aqua Hair Extensions educators to conduct in-salon/cluster demos/education.
– Review Educator Class performance.
– Review current certification classes for all systems and create new certification classes.
– Create and Implement education programs to increase sales and expand brand awareness at salon and retail level.
– Develop the education content strategy considering channel specific needs; ensure programs and formats are results-driven, and interactive.
– Oversee digital content development, delivery tools and execution. Ideate, develop and contribute to complete activation plans to articulate brand and product storytelling, product innovation, artistry and client service.
– Review Aqua & Distributor Education Schedule
– Schedule Twice a month Facebook & Instagram Live Events/Education/Demos.
– Work with the Education Coordinator to make sure all the supplies and procedures are done for classes.
– Create relationships with Beauty Schools and add Aqua Hair Extensions to the curriculum
– Be the contact person in the office for troubleshooting and challenges.
– Manage the Sales and Education Facebook groups with education coordinator
– Constant creation of education contact for our social media
– Collaborations with other Brands for cross education
– Support client marketing, Omni channel and PR teams in digital client education from blogs to how-to videos.
– Create a quarterly Gifts/Products package to educators
– Bi-Monthly Virtual Educator update.

Qualifications:
– Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
– Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programs
– Excellent organizational skills

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience and education will be considered.

• Professional Cosmetology license preferred

• Three years + experience in relationship based sales/education in the salon and/or retail industry
