Aqre Technologies is Looking for CSR (Customer Service Representative) Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team for the evening shift. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. The shift is from 2pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries by providing accurate and helpful information
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our customer relationship management system
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively and clearly with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handle time and customer satisfaction ratings
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development programs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and programs
• Availability to work the evening shift from 2pm to 10pm
