We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our HR department as a full-time Workday Finance Analyst I located in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities include:
Experience configuring the backend of Workday Financial SKUs is preferred, but not required.
Maintain confidentiality of all data accessed from daily activities and projects.
We will be investing in your Workday education and will help you get Pro Certified.
Manage the following Workday modules: financial accounting, banking and settlement, business assets, expenses, supplier accounts, and cash management.
May oversee the completion of projects, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work and evaluating results.
Partner with Accounting and Finance groups to enable the effective use of core Financial Accounting, integrated systems, and workflow solutions.
Support future implementations and enhancements of Workday Financials.
Test and implement changes in Workday.
Maintain documents and procedures for audit and tracking of tasks.
Collect, analyze, interpret, and distribute HRIS data for periodic reporting.
Troubleshoot problems, conduct workflow analysis, and streamline processes to improve the overall efficient use of technology.
Train end-users on new processes and functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users.
Prepare new reports from Workday and manipulate existing report variables.
Partners with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives.
Provide support and maintenance of other current and legacy HR and Finance related systems (ADP, Clear Company, Etc.)
Maintain and analyze large amounts of data for conversion on spreadsheets.
Perform other related duties when needed.
Requirements:
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with others.
Understands and uses qualitative measurement and data collection design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft excel or related software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field.
