Aptitude 360 is an Omni-Channel Support firm specializing in Contact Centre BPO & Talent Acquisition.

As a company, Aptitude 360 supports voice, email, chat, mail processing, social, mobile interactions, data entry and payment processing .

About You

• Excellent command of the French & English language (verbal and written)
• Excellent communications skills; able to think and respond quickly
• Clear and articulate speaker with the ability to have a meaningful conversation with customers
• Computer savvy; can use multiple applications simultaneously (testing will be administered)
• Ability to handle and overcome rejection
• Committed, ambitious, & enthusiastic
• Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work between Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 8:00 pm

The Opportunity

Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Use multiple web-based applications to navigate current offers and promotions
• Review, verify and update customer information to determine eligibility
• Answer existing and potential customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency
• Actively promoting and selling products and services
• Generate new leads through inbound calls
• Setup new accounts over the phone
• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
• Build customer confidence in the services offered by Apritude360 as a subject matter expert
• Work as a team to achieve and exceed targets

Requirements

• English
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a call center sales environment
• High School Diploma or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Able to prioritize workload while handling a volume of calls
