APT Cowork Hiring for Marketing Director at Remote Full Time

Your Opportunity: We are looking for the perfect person to lead our marketing team and help us continue to grow across the country. You will be part of the strategic team that will influence all marketing decisions for the company while hiring the infrastructure for the rapid growth that is already happening. You are responsible for building our brand experience across the country with both in-person and online experiences. The perfect candidate is an experienced and driven brand strategist who can identify powerful campaign insights that promote our product, understands the various audiences, and differentiate our brand.

Your Location: Remote with access to a major airport as estimated travel is ~50%.

What You’re Great At: You are passionate about customers having an amazing experience and utilizing your strong customer service skills to enhance the experience. You have a natural curiosity that makes you look at every aspect of marketing and deliver the best solutions for our company. You respond quickly, think on your feet, and make sure the customer is happy.

As the Department Head: We know that you can use SEO tools, plan ad spending around a budget, and build a roadmap for a quickly growing brand, but we’re looking for more! We’re looking for a leader who thinks differently and wants to change the world! Though your day may fluctuate, here are some of the daily tasks this role will be doing:

• Evaluate and help shape company’s brand, website, and PR messaging
• Setting up, analyzing, and adjusting digital ads – Google, Meta, TikTok, Nextdoor, etc. – you tell us where we should be based on our customer and locations
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnership & sponsorships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities for growth.
• Grow our current marketing associates and the overall team as we open more locations

About Apt CoWork: We are a coworking space with the goal of creating a collaborative community for entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and independent workers to learn, grow, teach, and excel together. We have 13 locations open across the country with more opening this year!
