APS Management Services LLC Hiring for Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) for Telehealth Sales – Virtual at Remote Full Time

APS Health is seeking Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) around the country who are able to work from home, part-time, to help us increase awareness and brand recognition of our diabetes telehealth platform.

About the Job

We have a novel telehealth program for diabetics incorporating cutting-edge remote monitoring tools, CDE support, and endocrinologist supervision.

We are struggling immensely to break into new geographies, because we need local champions for professional diabetes education to help us reach people virtually and teach key stakeholders and patients about the value.

This program is covered by most major insurances, including Medicare. We can therefore supply this program anywhere in the US.

That’s a lot of ground to cover!

So, we are seeking CDEs who are passionate about communications to join our virtual sales team.

This is all about connecting digitally with key stakeholders in the community and giving them education about how valuable our program is.

We accept national health plans, so we are seeking to form relationships with referral partners and also market direct to patient groups.

To do this, we need to work with socially savvy community leaders who can present the basis of the program, which is that diabetes is a condition that you can conquer through appropriate monitoring and lifestyle changes.

We are hoping to work with individuals who know their local areas, facilitate introductions, and can help us in hitting the ground running.

Requirements:

• This is a work-from-home position. You must have a suitable environment and broadband internet connection at home to participate in virtual meetings.

• You must be a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).

Compensation:

• $80 per hour.
• Please note: this is not a full-time position. This is a part-time contractor position which is 1099. You will have to pay your own taxes and also pay your own self-employment taxes. This is why the hourly rate is set at the higher end of market rate.
• If you have never worked in a 1099 context before, our HR team can guide you with how it works.
