Aproove will invest considerable time and energy into providing training and knowledge; therefore, it is vital that the candidate is not looking to “job hop” and is looking at a multi-year commitment.
What we expect from you:
This is a full-time remote position that s to the Customer Success Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to work toward prompt resolution of customer inquiries with “white glove” service. This includes issue investigation and the provision of initial technical support and customer education via the Customer Help Center. Gathering additional information from clients may also be necessary.
To support and position the right candidate for success, Aproove has a well-defined onboarding process with clear expectations.
