POSITION – 31384 Inside Sales Representative – II

Location.- 100% Remote

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Summarize the main purpose of the role.

• Responsible for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds division sales objectives.
• Drive service contract execution for renewal, point of sale, mid-term upgrades, and beyond initial terms service contract process to maximize Service Sales revenue.
• Interface with other functional groups within Sales, Service and Contracting/Pricing to ensure consistency and integrity in contract processing

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage service contract expirations in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain profitable business
• Routinely interacts with Sales, Service Teams and customers to review upcoming service contract renewal and secure revenue for the organization
• Owns execution of service renewal business in the assigned account
• Coordinates activities with the field sales and service teams as appropriate.
• Negotiate renewal price when required in order to renew the contract
• Service Contract Development
• Maintain Service Tracker with the latest updates and pricing for projecting service revenue
• Maintains courteous and respectful working relationship with all customer, sales, service partners and teammates throughout Core Dx
• Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with all regulatory and Government agencies to include HIPAA requirements
• Strictly adheres to Abbott Standards of Conduct

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level Major/Field of Study Or Education Level

Associates Degree (± 5 years) Or equivalent with a minimum of three years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years

• Familiarity with the sales process and proven success in a sales environment including lead follow-through, quoting, closing, and excellent customer support
• Strong understanding of contracting, pricing and ability to articulate subject matter knowledge
• Prior sales or direct customer support experience
• Goal and results oriented
• The ability to apply knowledge of business practices, methodologies, and/or principles in the execution of short-term deliverables and sales results. Ability to conduct independent research and data mining
• Experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Human relations skills
• Knowledge and experience MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) required.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
