About the Role :
With the huge growth of the Appscore business, the People and Culture team has doubled in size since June 2021(Yes, we have doubled in 6 months!!!). Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for an additional 2 x Talent Acquisition Specialists, to join the high performing, busy and close-knit Talent team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working across a portfolio of roles ranging from Designers to Developers whilst managing the end-to-end recruitment process (encompassing the requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and candidate management) to optimum outcomes.
Working closely alongside a team of 3 Senior TA’s and 1 Resourcer, you will be well-supported and enabled to perform to a high standard in meeting business requirements, whilst also providing a high level of candidate care which is imperative to us at Appscore.

Specifically, you will be responsible for;

• End-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of tech-focused roles within Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
• Build and manage our talent pools and active candidates, providing an amazing experience to them throughout our process.
• Help identify the best people in the market, through social channels and active participation in community meetups.
• Support ‘diversity in hiring’ programs across multiple demographics.
• Help develop strategies to promote our employee value proposition out to the world.
• Monitor the pre-boarding and on-boarding of new team members, working with the P&C team to ensure they are set up to succeed in their new role.
• Provide a positive contribution to the People and Culture team environment by encouraging collaboration between members and working to a continuous improvement mindset.

About You:

You will be an enthusiastic recruiter who is keen to have a say, but also listen to the needs of the wider business and get involved in the many side projects for the benefit of the team and our efficiencies.
The successful candidate will have;

• Experience in internal and/or agency recruitment, ideally recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, solutions architects and designers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You would have at least 5 years in a recruitment or TA role that has you dealing directly with key stakeholders.
• You’re an engaging people person who has experience building networks and talent communities, with an active network in the Melbourne tech scene a big bonus.
• A high attention to detail (it’s the small things that count)
• The ability to work autonomously and the ability to hold yourself accountable to a high standard of delivery.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• You like to think outside traditional recruitment practices to improve the way we recruit great people.
• You will excel at Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search.
