Great to Have:
· Minimum two years Call center experience.
· Background in Retention, Collections, Customer service or Sales
· Initiate and maintain positive customer experiences and relationships
· Respond to basic inquiries regarding apnTech products and services.
· Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
· Handle customer inquiries that could require data entry changes
· Previous SEO, Listings optimization, Yext, Advicelocal a plus
· Must be ON TIME and PRESENT every day. You are 1 of 1 in this department so tardiness and absenteeism will not be tolerated.
