The role

As the internal recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for responsible for the recruitment of high-quality candidates who meet both the culture fit and skill set expectation of each position. Reporting to the HR manager the recruitment specialist will be responsible for all recruitment and onboarding activities which may include working with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conducting interviews as well as screening candidates to ensure suitability. The internal recruitment specialist will liaise with internal and external stakeholders including recruitment agencies on status of roles and negotiation of salary packages.

What you need

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional personal presentation, appropriate for a corporate environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• An interest in human resources and recruitment
