We are excited to be recruiting for one of our favourite clients located inner city Brisbane. Our client is an established global reputable project infrastructure contractor operating in a diverse range of sectors. They have a reputation for quality project delivery and are considered an employer of choice in the market due to their rapid market growth and large scale project.

The Appointment
Working closely within a sizable recruitment team, this role will be focused on high-volume blue-collar Recruitment support activities including:

• Resume reviewing and shortlisting
• Phone screening and interviewing candidates
• Referencing, background checks and organising medicals
• Assisting with on-boarding and ongoing support to new staff
• General administrative duties to support the recruitment team

The Appointee

In order to hit the ground running you will have a recruitment background or administration experience within fast paced environment. To succeed in this role you will be a hard-working team player who is willing to pitch in and deliver an effective support function to the business. Administrative expertise coupled with a sense of urgency and prioritisation skills are imperative. You will have a positive, can-do attitude and a happy professional approach to your work, colleagues and both internal and external stakeholders.
