Applied Value Technologies Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Full Time

Location: Remote/US

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base salary + up to 15% annual performance bonus, DOE

About the Role:

Applied Value Technologies is seeking a positive, ambitious, and energetic Talent Acquisition Manager who understands high-volume, high-speed recruiting to help create and maintain scalable recruiting processes that help support our client’s needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager is accountable for the delivery of the strategy, processes, programs, and tools to assess and acquire exceptional talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for establishing innovative approaches to talent acquisition that increase overall organizational bench strength and foster a strategic recruiting mindset across the business.

About you:

We are looking for someone to:

• Become an expert on all roles and work in conjunction with the Director of People Ops to hire, train, coach, develop, and evaluate employees regularly
• Supervise sourcers/recruiters to ensure objectives set forth are monitored and accomplished
• Research and recommend best practices and methods for improving the recruiting and hiring process such as social media, organizations, and other partnership opportunities
• Initiate and develop talent acquisition strategies, oversee and select necessary platforms, and maintain an overall accurate and efficient recruitment process (sourcing, selection, hiring)
• Work with Director of People Ops to develop and maintain department OKRs, KPIs, and staffing and recruiting metrics, and regularly to Senior Leadership
• Develop timelines for all Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, and engage all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure they are met
• Advance the effectiveness and excellence of the department and company through continual improvement of plans, programs, and processes that proactively control expenses, increase value, and promote highly effective department and company practices
• Work with sourcers and recruiters to create and manage a professional pipeline network of highly qualified candidates
• Drive a quality, but speedy recruiting process by improving internal interviewer program, ensuring SLA compliance, communicating early and often, and completing timely debriefs with hiring teams
• Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships and partnerships with hiring managers and teams to ensure consistency and high quality
• Execute sourcing and recruiting responsibilities as needed

Some stuff you need:

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience with 2+ years of direct leadership experience managing recruiters for high volume, high visibility tech positions
• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and/or a fast-paced tech start-up is a huge plus
• 3+ years’ experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) and common sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the employee value proposition of an early-stage startup to candidates and write a compelling pitch email to prospective candidates is required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
