Full Job Description
POSITION: Talent Acquisition Manager
PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Manager’s main purpose is to find and retain the team members we need now, and in the future, to achieve our growth goals and performance expectations. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute creative strategies to source, screen and select talent, drive a more efficient and effective hiring process, and deliver the best candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and evolve talent acquisition strategies to support the evolution and growth of Applied.
- Develop long-term internal and external candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Source and attract qualified talent for current and future roles.
- Interview and assess candidates and partner with hiring managers to select the best talent.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting from initial call to closing and onboarding candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience at every stage in the process.
- Maximize the value from our HR technology solution for recruiting and onboarding talent.
- Establish appropriate metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes and programs.
- Partner with leadership to continuously monitor and improve the team member experience at Applied.
- Provide leadership and guidance on industry trends regarding talent acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field plus 5 years full-cycle talent acquisition experience across a variety of disciplines.

10 years full cycle talent acquisition experience across a variety of disciplines
10 years full cycle talent acquisition experience across a variety of disciplines
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to develop full understanding of our business and roles
- Proven success in obtaining and closing top talent
- Experience developing early talent programs to expand talent pipelines
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and
- Proven experience with outbound sourcing and utilizing networks to obtain talent
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Entrepreneurial, creative, innovative, and customer-centric
- Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
- Role model of Applied’s company values
- Experience working with a remote, distributed team
