A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Customer Service / Account Manager, you provide excellent customer service and hiring assistance to our HVAC and plumbing clients over the phone and via email. These clients tend to have a difficult time finding applicants to fill their open positions. Our hiring software coupled with your upbeat, go-getter attitude is just what they need! You work collaboratively with your team, our writing team, and our clients to find the perfect applicants!
With your strong communication skills and great attention to detail, you gather information on what our clients are looking for in their employees. This information then goes to our job ad writers who draft the perfect ad. You also determine the right screening questions to narrow down the applicants. As people start applying, our clients take over the hiring process. From start to finish, you ensure that our clients are taken care of.
