Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience with learning management system software
• Fielding emails and resolving concerns
• Tracking employee performance and training
• Ability to communicate between all levels of organizational structure
• Support the executives on disciplinary and grievance issues
• Willingness/Openness to learn
• Background in Human Resources or employee leadership
• Display good computer skills & Type 40 WPM
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and drug screen
