Our Lead Teachers:
*Create a safe and loving learning environment for children
* Are caring, compassionate, patient and love what they do
* Ensure the daily care of all children by following state licensing guidelines and business standards
* Communicate directly with parents
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom
* Implement curriculum daily and complete minimal paperwork
* Have continuous educational and training opportunities
*Work collectively with staff to ensure a fun and safe working environment

Education:
A child development associate (CDA) credential or be enrolled in a CDA credential program that will be completed within 1 year; or have an college degree from an accredited institution or be enrolled in a program leading to a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), child development (CD) or related field. Hourly rate increases to $11 with CDA or similar degree.
