Position Overview :

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist (TDS). In this role, you will serve as a vital link between job seekers and the workforce, acting as their career coach and guide as they navigate the path to employment.

Working closely with our operational team, you will provide personalized support to individuals, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their professional goals.

Responsibilities :

Advising, monitoring, and tracking customer participation

Counseling and assisting customers with job search strategies and career development

Identifying and addressing barriers to employment

Maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transitions across services

Managing day-to-day relationships with customers and addressing concerns promptly

Critiquing resumes and facilitating effective job placements

Demonstrating strategies for re-engaging customers after training completion

Adhering to the Case Management Model and organizational policies

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1+ years of experience in career counseling

Strong computer skills and organizational abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Creativity, goal orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure

Empathy and motivation to support individuals facing barriers to employment

Previous experience in workforce development or human services is a plus
