The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for searching for candidates through various sources, planning, interviewing, and selecting, complying with established procedures.

Also, is responsible for hosting or participating in job fairs and other talent acquisition-related events. To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist should be able to implement recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with internal clients, hiring managers, and potential hires.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist shall be able to perform these tasks respectfully, constructively, and with an energetic style.
