We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and candidate profiles.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Develop compelling job descriptions and screen resumes and applications.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates.
Make competitive offers and negotiate with top candidates.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging recruitment technologies.
