Find and attract employment candidates. Conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on policies, process, and regulatory issues.

Duties?/?Responsibilities:

  • Compile, record, and code results or data from interview.
  • Contact individuals to be interviewed by telephone, or in person.
  • Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.
  • Meet with supervisor daily to submit completed assignments and discuss progress.
  • Review data obtained from interview for completeness and accuracy.
