Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)

Salary : $24.00 to $26.00 per hour

Location : Manufacturing site (location to be shared to shortlisted candidates)

Employment type : Temporary (June 2024 December 2024)

About the role :

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing organization. Ideally, the candidate will have an Associate’s Degree, along with a PHR or SHRM-CP certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations.

The candidate must be proficient in conducting background checks and managing new associate onboarding processes, which includes I-9 verifications.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and candidate assessment processes.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including headhunting, interviewing, and closure.
• Oversee onboarding and company induction programs for new employees, ensuring they’re in line with company objectives.
• Conduct thorough background checks based on legal and company requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of different employment laws and ensure the organization’s compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years’ degree in Human Resources, Business
