We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success by motivating, mentoring, and directing our team toward achieving ambitious goals.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or office management role

Pay $26-$33

Location : Goleta / Santa Barbara

Schedule : Monday- Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a clear vision for your team, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.

Team Development : Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where your team can thrive and reach its full potential.

Performance Management : Motivate and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and setting them up for success.

Talent Acquisition : Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

Project Management : Oversee assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution and on-time completion.

Communication & Collaboration : Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze team performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or office management role.

Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of business principles and strategic planning.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate effectively.

Proficient in project management methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.

A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Bonus Points for :

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :
