Seeking a Human Resources Manager that will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting (source, attract and engage, facilitate screening and interviewing processes, extend offer and close, New Hire Onboarding). Execute on measures to continuously improve talent acquisition and onboarding processes and practices. Provide guidance and coaching to supervisors and employees regarding employee performance issues and employee relations matters as well as application of company policies, programs and benefits. Manage leaves of absence. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance and update Employee handbook as needed. Support annual benefits renewal meetings, manage employee enrollment in/termination of benefits (health, 401k, COBRA) for new hires and terminations. Assist employees in resolving benefits questions and disputes. This position has no direct reports.
