Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Employee Relations :
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Performance Management :
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and fostering employee development.
Benefits Administration :
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits and leave management.
Training and Development :
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Support employee career development through mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
