Description: Job Summary We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and influential recruiting expert with a unique history of inclusive and consultative executive recruiting practices on a broader scale. The Executive Recruiting Manager leads and drives the comprehensive strategies and external programs to identify, attract, engage, and hire executive level and early careers talent for the organization. This role will work closely with key business and talent stakeholders to ensure the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy aligns with the business strategy. The ideal candidate will successfully seek solutions and be essential to creating an environment for the team to drive industry-leading work. Responsibilities -Model and lead the way in inclusive executive recruiting practices across all stakeholders and drive strategy for and execution of hiring demand, succession planning, and strategic executive talent programs. -Cultivate and leverage talent marketplace insights to provide a point of view to drive decision-making on Talent Acquisition priorities and execution around critical initiatives. —Set targets to meet talent needs and develop plans driven by data insights to meet hiring plans and program initiatives successfully. -Operate consistently and focus on continuous process improvement (process, tools, programs, etc.) to deliver more significant business impact and insights. Drive and support team collaboration in the execution of candidate processing and onboarding activities -Develop & monitor the overall executive-level recruiting budget, ensuring cost optimization. Work closely with TA director and business on resources and investments to support optimized delivery. -Effectively coach and mentor team (both inside and outside of direct reports); provide opportunities for collaboration and professional development to enhance the experiences of the team -Ensure national program guidelines and policies are implemented consistently across the enterprise. -Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development.
