We are looking for a candidate who can work in a highly fast-paced environment in the Finance department which requires organization, and detail orientation, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who are highly professional, detail oriented, and value diversity in their everyday workload.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for managers and handle the scheduling, materials, meals/refreshments, and logistics
- Maintain Webpage
- Maintain membership updates
- Maintain all related documents
- Coordinate updates and maintain team policy and procedures manual
- Distribution of Management Fee Invoices (approximately 2400 invoices per month)
- Client Billing Email Inbox Coverage (reviewing all mail and distributing to various parties)
- And some others
Must be able to navigate through MS Office, specifically with Excel. Bachelor’s Degree highly desirable. All contractors and employees must be vaccinated. This is an on-site position. We are actively recruiting. Apply today! We look forward to working with you.
