AppleOne Hiring for Accounting Associate – Job at Burbank, CA Full Time

Large entertainment client is in need of an Accounting Associate to assist with urgent billing for Q3 close, work with the Client Services team to support timely billing for various Digital Studio departments using Eve (a customized Salesforce system). Eve training will be provided.

  • Create Work order to Bill
  • Expedite Client Payment
  • Create invoices
  • Computer savvy
  • Finance knowledge
  • Using the Salesforce program (scheduling and billing system) created for the Projection and Sound Billing Team

This role is Hybrid in the Burbank area, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM (once up to speed has the ability to work remote)
