Because of unprecedented growth we are looking to onboard Medical Services Reps in Greenville, SC. You will be charged with ensuring that patients have the best experience possible as they enter this virtual Patient Care platform. You will be responsible for answering patient questions and concerns either over the phone or via email/text. You will serve as a liaison between our patients and the clinical team so professionalism and expert customer service skills are a must. Shifts Available M-F Operating hours are 8:00am-11:00pm and we are filling these shifts:
