We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, SC! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex medical claims inquiries.
Shifts: 12pm- 9pm or 2pm -11pm
Job Duties:
-Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues
-Consult on customer success – Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs
-Maintain working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic
-Track interactions in CRM – Record customer interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
Requirements:
-One year of related work experience, which can include call center, customer focus or claims experience.
-Must be computer literate and proficient in Google Suite
-Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
-Availability to work confidential and sensitive information
-Medical experience a plus
