Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues.
Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and processing orders.
Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Participating in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Salary Range: $20.00 – $25.00/hr, depending on experience.
