Do you enjoy seeing products come to life? The MPM team manages the CTB (“Clear to Build”) process with suppliers, CMs, and internal teams. The CTB process ensures that we can execute our procurement strategy by proactively highlighting and addressing component supply concerns. CTB projections govern what Apple can commit to customers and are a key input into revenue projections provided to our top executives. • Manage CTB process to highlight and address component supply challenges. Consider unique supply chain model of each program. Solve material shortages by expediting supply, compressing manufacturing lead times or fallouts, finding alternate sources, optimizing logistics, or allocating constrained material. • Partner with Supply Demand Managers (SDMs) to allocate constrained material across sites, products, and lines of business by creating strategic allocation models. Provide allocation direction to Global Supply Managers (GSMs) and Apple suppliers. • Highlight excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory risk. Identify and implement actions to mitigate material liability. • Develop strategic roadmap for the phase-out of obsolete components and ramp-up of new components for NPI. • Prepare and communicate material updates at weekly executive reviews, providing accurate and timely data to leadership.

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2+ years of professional experience required. MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
