We are looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to support our regional Director in the fast-growing software and services businesses, based in Sydney. The key responsibilities of the role include providing high-level administrative support to the senior executive and office management including aspects of personnel operations and facilities. You should be reliable, with a strong eye for detail, and confident in complex diary and travel coordination. We are looking for a highly self-motivated professional who is capable of handling their workload to an extraordinary standard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for someone with a sense of humour and common sense who is passionate about value-adding to an interesting and fun group of people working. You should be familiar with and have a personal interest in technology and entertainment.

Description
This role involves: – Providing high-level administrative support to a regional Director and their team – Extensive diary management including coordination of complex meetings with multiple executives in multiple locations – Multi-tasking and prioritising a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness – Providing financial support by way of expenses and credit cards reconciliations, in addition to raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices – Event management including All Hands, off-sites, and team building events – Coordinating domestic and international travel – Working closely with relevant teams within Apple to support the needs of the team as they relate to People, Employee Experience, HR Facilities, and IS&T – Working closely with a team of administrative assistants to support larger efforts for the Content and Services team
Education & Experience
Diploma in secretarial support or Degree in Business Administration.
