The Value

This is your chance to become the key installer facing customers and to implement and train customers on using our advanced solutions! As a Software Delivery Consultant (SDC), you will be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction and elevating our relationship with customers to the next level! In this role, you will ensure that customers are successful, referenceable, and have a high NPS/Customer Satisfaction. As an early member of the Software Strategy Team, you will be the key consultant in implementing, and navigating our customers to successful use of our software products. You will know you did a good job via customer surveys during and after the project is complete. In addition, you will play an important role in driving changes in our NetSuite products by providing insights on how customers can be better served by the development teams.

The Talent

A dynamic Software Delivery Consultant can drive customer satisfaction by tackling complex challenges in NetSuite environments where our product(s) are installed. You will be the champion of our products and accelerate our customer’s success by providing timely and efficient communication, direction, templates, training and requirements translation. You will be able to look at customer artifacts and point them to examples in our software product that solve the same problem (or do it better!). You will partner closely with appficiency’s product development team to leverage customers’ insights to resolve our customer’s biggest pain points when using our products and services, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our existing and future products.

Take customer customization requests to Engineering and Delivery as needed

Collect and present enhancement requests to Product Management and Engineering

On request, be able to do sales demonstrations of product

Be able to implement 3-5 customers concurrently

Supporting, developing on, or implementing solutions for NetSuite

The Essentials

Proven ability to quickly deep dive and become an industry expert in a complex field

Proven ability to quickly learn software to an expert level

1+ years in software implementation (preferably complex) OR 1+ years in software development OR QA or 2+ years in advanced software support

Loves problem solving and coming up with solutions

Loves dealing with customers and can make friend of customers

Work with little supervision and guidance

Can assess and define technical feasibility of product use, customization solutions/suggestions and otherwise come back to the product team with clear instructions for custom needs

Can work on EST Time Zone
