Due to rapid growth and expansion of the Talent Acquisition group in the UK and US, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-orientated individual to join this team.

This role will involve a combination of active recruitment and support activities designed to ensure the smooth functioning of our talent acquisition function. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to operate on a global basis, recruiting for and supporting our teams across the UK, US and South Africa.

Primary Responsibilities/duties

• Responsible for the scheduling of screening calls and candidate interviews
• Coordinate candidate searches, hold first stage screening calls and related sourcing activities
• Coordinate job advert postings, and social media posts beyond recruitment
• Review advert responses and highlight suitable candidates
• Assist with communications with external suppliers
• Ensure our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) has correct data for KPIs
• Maintain ATS reporting for stakeholders
• Support onboarding for new starters in collaboration with HR teams

Additional Responsibilities

• Review external supplier contracts
• Prepare US & UK freelancer contracts – aligning onboarding process
• Research benchmarking of new roles
• Support new business processes (eg. RFIs)
• Prepare/update policies into documents we can share with colleagues
• Coordinate global social initiatives – DEI, Health & Wellbeing, Employee Rewards and Recognition

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience

• Experience in a recruitment support role (desirable)
• Knowledge of marketing and/or communications sector (preferred)
• Experience of ATS
• Previous experience working within a fast-paced team
• Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
